    2020 was a year where we all lived in sweatpants and pyjamas and took long walks to the fridge. This resulted in me being the heaviest I have ever been and my confidence was shot. At the start of 2021, I decided that enough was enough. I signed up for a 12 week plan with Dipak not really knowing what to expect. I am not even halfway through (on Week 5) and I have lost 4kg and 11.5 inches around my body (4.5 inches of this on my waist alone!) I have a new relationship with food and have even managed to curb my sweet tooth. I still get to eat most of the foods I love and manage to have a small sweet treat every day. Dipak is always prompt at answering any questions and keeps me motivated where I lack discipline. He has also taught me the importance of mindset and making this journey more than just a physical one. My pictures speak for themselves and I often dont believe it is me only 5 weeks later. If I can manage all this with long hours at work and a slipped disc in my lower back then everyone can too

    I was really cautious about investing in personal training at first, I didn't know if it would be worth while or if I would learn anything. I was going through a hard time shedding fat off my belly. PBT helped me with meal plans, to literally even positive thinking to achieve my goal, it was well worth it, and he was always available to consult if I needed to know how I could continue with excercises myself at home. I would really recommend training with PBT he really knows what he's talking about!

    For someone who really needed guidance on how to live a healthier lifestyle, Dipak was the perfect personal trainer for that. Not only does he spend the time to get to know you but he motivates you to want your own end goal. He provides the right guidance and a manageable work/workout lifestyle, making simple cardio exercises as a part of your daily routine and a meal plan that works around your own diet. Within 8 weeks I noticed a significant change, not just with my body but my mental health. You honestly need a PT that will provide you support in both and for me that's Dipak. Thank you PBT. I appreciate how much you've helped me. I'd highly reccomend him!!

    Excellent PT sessions I had with PBT- Dipak Joshi. I was suffering from obesity and low confidence after my second child. I was a daily gym goer for almost a year but absolutely got no results. Dipak just observed me working hard in the gym after his group class and just in a gym trainer capacity, I shared him my concerns. He listened to me patiently suggested me for a free consultation and 121 training session. I felt so good after the session that I decided to go ahead for 12 weeks PT. By 6 weeks I started looking tonned, nutritional veg diet guidence by Dipak made me ncrease my stamina and energy levels like anything. I got back my self. In 10 weeks, people also started noticing me and complimenting about my new young look:)) All thanks to PBT. I highly recommend to join Dipak Good luck x

    I found Dipak through Instagram and saw the transformations he has taken his clients through. My goal is to build strength, tone up and maintain at least 50kg body weight. I had an extremely poor diet with my office desk filled with crisps, biscuits and choclate! I reached out to Dipak as I try to donate blood, but my body weight fluctuates between 48kg-50kg and I needed to maintain it. When I met Dipak for my consultation he made me feel relaxed and comfortable. We spoke about why I wanted to start training and what my goals were. He created personalised sessions and even incorporated my passion for kick boxing. He has helped me improve the way I eat- eating more healthy and replacing all my junk food in my office drawer with healthy alternatives. I started to notice a difference within a few months, my legs felt and looked toned, my back had muscle and my love handles had reduced. Seeing the results really motivated me to keep going and Dipak's optimistic outlook to everything really helps keep me motivated. Since training with Dipak I feel much fitter and have built my muscle mass and also a better mental health.
