Asha Charity Shop Harrow

Shop is okay but quite bad customer service. Called several times to make an enquiry but there was no answer. Also, there seems to he frequent changes in which items they can accept as donations. Haven't bought anything from Asha but have donated multiple times over the past few months due to a house clean out. At least 3 times, I have donated with no thank you, just a gesture towards where I should leave the bag.

Rang 3 times and I was told they would happily accept Indian dvds and cds so I made a special trip out of my way to drop off 2 boxes only to be told they won't accept any dvds and cds. I told them I had been told on the phone they would but they denied it. Absolute waste of time.

I went there with friends to look for clothes to attend a wedding. The staff were incredibly friendly in exactly the right way. Kiran was so helpful () and picked out an amazing dress that looked like it was tailor made for me, + bangles and bhindi for 20. If you love fabrics and colour, this is the place for you!
