Great experience with Hoopers Carpets who supplied and fitted our stair carpet. They were great at giving us time and advice when choosing the carpet type and lent us samples to help with the decision making. it was no problem to them to hold on to our carpet when we were delayed by our decorating. The fitters were timely, professional and did a great job of fitting. Great choice of supplier and it's great to have a local, independent business to buy from.

Someone recommended using Hoopers so my husband and I decided to visit. On getting to the shop we saw signs saying an appointment needed to be made in order to enter the shop. Hung outside for a few minutes when someone came to the door. Very rude response, said clear on website you had to book an appointment (not everyone visits a website). Rudely told us to wait outside and we could enter when the current appointment was done. Decided to take business elsewhere. Not a good first impression when looking to spend 000s on new flooring.

Terrible customer service, i emailed with my concerns when my stair and landing carpet were fitted, no response. I watched the fitter cut my carpet face down in the road, when i challenged the shop they said not possible, other issues as well not addressed

Not very impressed with their customer service. Have to wait 3 weeks just for them to arrange appointment to supply a quote. It is not a small job so have taken my custom elsewhere.
