I was asked to come and view a property.. I arrived at the said time. To find no one was present.. the appointment was for 10am I spent whole morning trying to ring them just to confirm the appointment and there was no answer at the office.. I finally get mail back after 10 saying that unfortunately this property has been taken and that an agent wasn't sent as an appointment wasn't put in the diary.. I had to drag my four year old girl on three buses to get there. So you can imagine how annoyed I am to get there and have to come straight home.. what kind of office doesn't answer there phone.. what if that was an urgent call from a tenant.. waste of time this place.. avoid if you can.. try calling for yourself see if you get through to anyone
