Headstone Tyres & Service Centre

Went to have a punctured tyre repaired. I arrived without an appointment on a Bank Holiday and told I only had to wait 15 minutes. 2 hours later I am asked to take my car to the rear of the shop. The access road is not maintained, has pot holes up to 50cm deep and is covered in debris. The puncture repair was improperly completed meaning the almost brand new tyre was destroyed. The person working offered me a second hand tyre, then a new tyre. But as I would have to go back and risk even more damage to my car, I decided to cut my losses and go somewhere more professional.

Went in for a brand new tyre and the lads there were very polite and done a excellent quick job, great service will defo be back

I went there with an American muscle car(my fault) to have 2x 20 inches tyres fitted. The man who was fitting the tyres scrached my wheel badly , I mean ,my tyres were spotles and now it needs respraying. He said "I am sorry!"and still charged me 10. He kept saying that the boss needs to buy a new machine and this and that. I WOULD RECOMMEND this place only for a bicycle but not for car wheels ! No,no,no! The machine was too small and it couldn't pull the tyre in place and the man had to help it with a metal bar and that did more damage to the wheel. I have pictures!

Hello! Never would recommend this place. He damaged this wheel and after a rightfully negative review on Google they replied with a very positive and promising answer to the review that I left but that was only for the future readers to see how good company they are. I must say that the wheel was never fixed after lots of effort from me by calling and calling and even I found a place close by that would've fixit. Thank you!
