Sale of alcohol You can ask to see Identity if you suspect a person is under age and this is normally set at challenge 21 few do 25 but that's fine. The fact the the person behind the counter is either poorly trained or it's lost in translation but after being presented with a form of identification approved by licencing authorities this person believed that despite being 22 he would be find 20.000? No other reason given and no reason to refuse the sale. Just poor service Sunday 30th April 7.34pm

Went in to buy some alcohol, and I was asked to show ID, which I did. The server then pointed to a sign that explained he couldn't serve me as I am under 25. I explained repeadtly that I was over the age of 18 and that I can legally buy alcohol and that the poster he was referring to was Think 25 rather than age of which alcohol can be bought. I fully understand that he has the right to refuse service however, he does not understand what the legal age of serving alcohol is and he needs to be educated on this! Awful experience

Prices generally cheaper around the corner at Esso and Pinner Shell. Disgruntled staff here - never the happiest - but do an adequate job, and provide a decent range of facilities within the store. Recently made the premises smaller which is a shame

Horrible service, did not ask if I use shell app, customer looked beyond miserable Ram. Spent 70quid, dont mind spending more if the service is up to par.
