TJ'S Limousine & Private Hire

I hired this service to take myself and my daughter to her wedding venue. The driver arrived on time in the morning as arranged and drove us there. He was suppose to pick us up from the venue and drop them off at the a hotel, and return me to my home. The driver failed to return. So we had to call two cabs, each costing 30.00 to take us to our destinations. I will not recommend this Limo serves to anyone. I have complained to the company and was told a refund would be issued to me. I have been waiting for them to give me a refund, but have not heard from them.

We had booked a pink limo for our daughters birthday, firstly both myself and partner found the man that answered the phone at tj limos not pleasant to talk too, he was defensive and blunt . And then we had our limo cancelled on us just over an hour before it was due to arrive . The call came from regency cars who had sub let it I guess to tj limos . There was a problem with the car and nothing could be done so my daughter and her friends were left stranded. No compensation just a apology from regency cars .. nothing from tj limos at all. Having read other reviews now I think we had a lucky escape! Avoid if I were you !!!

Tara, the owner of TJ's Limousine and Private Hire took my daughter and 7 friends to their prom and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Tara was well organised with great communication, turning up when she said she would and to top it all, so much cheaper than all the other companies who quoted me. The girls felt like film stars in the black limo with music playing and a great atmosphere, so all in all we can't recommed highly enough! Thanks Tara.
