Headcorn Surgery

You can never get an appointment and even if you do you have to have a phone appointment. Staff here are rude and uncaring . Always end up taking my child to the hospital when shes Ill for the aforementioned reasons . Be wary of reception staff they are rude and do not try to help you

Ive lived in headcorn most of my life and trying to get an appointment is near impossible . Needed a prescription and was e mailed to say that i had been added to the gp phone appointment list . Then recieved another e mail saying i needed to speak to a clinician and to phone the surgery which i did. I was told the earliest appointment i could get was mid march . I explained that i needed the prescription . I was told i could ring in the morning for an on the day appointment which i have tried to do on several occasions .and havent got any appointments left . Very poor im afraid

Always helpful to us, and now it is just me they are still very good and always very friendly, thanks for what you do.
