        I ordered glasses for a party. Delivery was planned via email for the Friday morning, the day of the party, at our home for 10am. At midday no delivery in sight ! Phoned and eventually the phone was answered to say that the glasses had been delivered to the hall the day before but no one had told us ! The glasses were great and very well boxed and the price was very reasonable. Collection was well organised this time. Sadly had to contact them as our deposit still not returned one week after the event. Its in the post now apparently but why couldn't it be paid back into the bank account used to pay them in the first place. yet more delay ! Low star awarded as customer communication is very poor.
