I contacted Rob in regards having a stage 1 remap on my 2019 BMW M240i. Rob was honest, helpful and knowledgeable. The cost was very fair too. On arriving they were prompt and efficient and explained the whole process. They have changed my car into a rocket ship and the whole driving experience is improved. I would recommend all day long.

I possibly had an issue with a 3rd party re-map so I took my car to JR Tuning. I dealt with Rob who is a super nice guy, very knowledgeable and friendly and he explained everything in detail and in a way that I could understand. Everything was thoroughly checked out and my car is fine so I was very happy about that. I could have easily been charged for a new map but clearly this is an honest business and Rob assured me that everything was running fine, great peace of mind and excellent service, hopefully I will be able to use them again in the future. Used JR Tuning again today and they have made a fantastic job of remapping my car as I had my turbo upgraded, slick and professional service 10 out of 10.

Second time I've used rob and to fair the only person I trust with my car, he previously done a seat leon for me and recently been in with my Mk7 GTD and over the moon, pulls like a train and get better MPG than before highly reccomend

Fantastic service, rob really knows his stuff and committed to achieving the results. My mini was having none of it through the obd port but Rob with his experience never gave up until the remap was on.
