The delivery (consign no. 75684739) of my two heavy pallets of slate tiles to my house in the Kent countryside could have been very problematic, but your driver, Marcin, handled the narrow lanes and sloping driveway very professionally, without taking any safety risks or damaging the goods: he was cool, communicative and very helpful.
