Dave and his team (Rhys & Tom) have just completed a major 24/7 conversion project for my gym, as well as fire alarm links, and other electrical work. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such an honest and hard working business, after often being let down or ripped off by others. They were faced with a complex job having been let down by others, and they have turned a nightmare situation for us in to a fantastic outcome! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they only leave once theyve completed everything, checked with us we are happy, and they even clean up after themselves!! Excellent communication, easy to get hold of when required and always go out of their way to overcome complex issues and update you on progress of work. They always check that we are happy with the progress and before making any changes. Grateful to have found Absolute Protection as I now have a reliable & trustworthy contact going forward for any future work and maintenance contracts. Really good guys to deal with and felt they genuinely really care about their clients and the job in hand. Rhys & Tom are also a credit to Dave and his company. They worked non stop and constantly checked if I was happy with what they were doing, found solutions to problems, and cleaned and tidied up afterwards. Very polite and down to earth team. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Absolute Protection. Dave went out of his way to ensure my family were in no immediate danger and to make us safe until arrangements were made to repair our electrical issues. He was on hand for advice and reassurance all the way through. Rhys arrived on time and worked his socks off, he is truly a wonderful young man who puts your mind at ease, he is professional, kind and a very competent worker. He completed the work to a very high standard, ensuring nothing was left unchecked, every detail was double checked with me to ensure I was happy all the way along. He even tidied up after himself when I told him not to worry. What a lovely company to deal with, we will most certainly be recommending Absolute Protection and they will now be my go to guys for any electrical problems, and I know they will be there for us too. Had a full rewire all very professionally carried out. External cameras installed around property. Automatic gates fitted. They worked diligently and professionally were on time and before leaving cleaned up. Cannot fault the work which is considered to be of the highest standard. Dave arrived on time to our first meeting, we talked through the requirements and he provided a detailed quote for the work. Giving advice and suggestions along the way. The work was scheduled and Stuart arrived on site as expected. Stuart was there everyday until the job was finished. And the job cost was accurate to the quote. This was during difficult working conditions which Dave & Stuart worked with and around. Absolute fulfilled the criteria important to me - knowledgeable, on time, did what they said they would, the price was as quoted and they provided the necessary paperwork.
