Winchester Fit club is a wonderful family feel community who are very passionate about fitness and health. All classes are well structured, varied and suitable for individuals with any fitness level. Mike and his team always go above and beyond to create a fun, positive atmosphere during each session, whether it's face to face or on line, group or 1-2-1. There are no monthly subscriptions, just pay for the session you attend. If you want to be healthy and fit but don't know where to start, I would recommend you to contact Mike Day.

Mike the coach and all the whats app group members welcomed me so warmly, and its an absolute joy being part of WFC, and Ive most definitely improved my fitness. Dont hesitate - get involved, and have some fun with WFC, you wont regret your decision!

Has kept going all the way through lockdown with virtual classes. Now it's back outside with real people to join in the session, with lots of challenges even more smiles.
