TRULY SHOCKING experience...I ordered some logs recently to be delivered to marnhull at an agreed time of 9.30 on a weds morning ...He had not appeared by 9.50 so I rang to make sure he was on his way.He said I can be there in about half an hour and I hesitated and said ok but we are going out at 11.00 at which point he became very rude and said basically if time is such an issue get your fu^%g logs from someone else. My jaw hit the floor I was so shocked. He didnt hang up and I could hear him uttering expletives to himself not realising the phone was still live. Dont even THINK about getting logs from this man..He is a nightmare.

I've used this place before quite a few times and they were great, but this time very rude! Paul seemed to take offense when I said that a satnav would be able to find my house easily and refused to even take my order! I'm really disappointed and don't know what I said to cause such offense! You are best to avoid using Hazlebury Timber supplies and save yourself the hassle and stress of that kind of crazy outburst!! PS: Within around a couple of hours I'd managed to source the same order from New Forest Sawmill who have a far more professional setup and believe strongly in customer service. They also very polite and are focused on making the buying experience suitable for both the family and trade markets.

Used this place for a bit but Paul the guy running it, let me down massively and was very rude and let me down big time without any reason why, bar "I'm too busy" so untrustworthy time waster. Avoid
