My husband could not rate WMC more highly. We had car trouble on our way to our hotel, we were 100 miles away from home. He pulled into their garage at 4.15pm on a Friday evening and they were amazing. They fixed the issue there and then much to our great relief.

Fantastic garage. They always makes sure to charge you a fair amount and have great customer service without talking down to you as a women. Highly recommend.

Wow-what a service.3 times! Nothing was too much trouble for Dan. He went out of his way to help me out. He was really thoughtful knowing how tricky things would be without a car temporarily, so was super kind & super quick. The car was collected fixed and back to me in less than 2 days. Dan gave me good advice & made me feel safe driving the car. I was totally reassured. Id highly recommend Walbridge Motor Co & Dan in particular. Cant tell you how grateful I am. BMW has been my choice for 30 years, I had the same one for 14 years. They are very reliable cars and until recently have never broken down leaving me at the roadside calling a tow truck. I chose a 6 year old BMW 420 sport from Walbridge Motor Company. Their website proclaims All of our vehicles are sourced by ourselves from local outlets, main dealer part-exchanges, private individuals and referrals. This means we are aware of our vehicles history. Our aim is to give you confidence and peace of mind. This was the most expensive car I have ever bought and I loved it. Trying to drive off from the dealership it would not start. As its 46,000 new it should last very well but always coughed a bit before starting. The on-board computer never showed any problems. Eventually my car broke down on a main road with a strong burning smell. I wondered if was going to burst into flame. The repairing garage reported: defective starter motor ( excessively burnt see supporting video ) . Excessive carbon / burnt deposits inside which to be perfectly honest and with 22 years with this brand I have never seen other than through thermal shock ( water damage ) or excessive heat. The car had suffered water-damage Recovery/repair invoices 1080. Now with a replacement starter motor I see how badly this car had been malfunctioning. I complained to M Walbridge who attempted to end the discussion by emailing me about my cars MOT history where there was a gap. I was unable to prove that the car had been water damaged at the time of purchase but have no doubt that M Walbridge will have driven the car and knew it malfunctioned on starting. I do not know anything about cars, just fancied this one. Just 6 years old and BMW quality, I believed I was buying a reliable car. Absolutely not. If you don't know much about cars you have to find a dealer you can trust. It was a traumatic and expensive mistake to have bought a used car from Walbridge Motor Company.
