        Having tried other optitions to try to get my new prescription made to replace my aging rimless glasses I discovered The Spectacle Studio. Mike and Maxine were great and now have the brilliant varifocal lenses I wanted in a frame of my choice. Highly recommended.

        A change of job meant I needed a new optician closer to work. Right in the middle of the Covid nightmare they were able to operate with complete professionalism. I've had two eye sight tests here and both have been spot on with the prescription for my glasses and contact lenses. The staff are kind and efficient and had me sorted in no time at all.

        You really can't get better service than here at the Spectacle Studio from my own experience. The shop is very neat and tidy, smells nice with a good range on show. Maxine and Mike (owners) are very professional in both their appearance and the way they deal with their customers. I have a very odd prescription which didn't put Mike off, in fact it was a challenge which he relished and I am very happy with the end products I have purchased. Maxine kept me informed right through where they were up to right until I collected them. The optometrist was also superb and was genuinely punching the air when she improved on my last prescription through persistence and time spent with me. I went here specifically as I didn't want to be rushed and I wasn't. I would highly recommend the Spectacle Studio to anyone who needs an eye test and/or just new frames. See you in 2 years Max/Mike. Thanks again Dave
