Recently bought a Focus ST from NWCars, I made a few phone calls to ask questions about the car and ultimately decided to purchase the car without having seen it, based on the conversations I had with them. They sorted me out with an extended warranty (much longer than I imagined I'd get with an older car) and agreed to deliver the car; I let them know my schedule and they dropped the car late afternoon for me so that I wouldn't have to take time off work. On delivery day I had updates from the office to let me know what time they thought they'd arrive (was a 4hr+ drive for them). I'm really happy with the service I've had from them, the car is exactly as described, in great condition and drives brilliantly, did a good job of valeting it too, smells great! Would recommend and would buy from them again.

Fantastic dealership, made me feel very comfortable and didn't push me into purchasing a new car, gave me enough time to analyse the car and was allowed to test drive on the same day, Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car. Quick, easy and welcoming.

Absolutely lovely to deal with Bought our daughters very 1st car from Bobby ...went out of his way from start to finish to find what she wanted at a price she could afford. Car was valeted to a high standard when we received it. Wouldn't hesitate to send business their way again
