I worked there and I was expected to work in excess of 60hrs a week. I was dismissed for being "over protective" of the service users I cared for, only to be given my job back 5 months later.
All about ticking boxes and paperwork. I wouldn't put someone I loved in their care. It's a charity but as usual big bosses get big wages, and the real workers get 8.72 an hour for working 14hr shifts. And no recognition of the work good staff put in to the care they provide. Money making tick box company.
