"Friendly, Funny and Expert" are three words I would use to describe Julia. Julia is available for advice whenever you need in or out of session. I even enjoyed the ski history lesson ! Would recommend JT Physio for any of your needs.

Julia was able to help me with my back problem. I followed her instructions, did the exercises she suggested and after a couple of months seeing Julia weekly, my back is much improved. I now only see her when I feel its necessary

I can't recommend Julia highly enough. I am extremely grateful to her for all her help and support. I had been having excruciating neck pain and never anticipated being at this comfort level after only 10 weeks of treatment. Her wit, sense of humour and knowledge is second to none. Had a really nasty neck, shoulder, back issue. Was referred by a friend and Occ Health colleague. When I went I was unable to elevate my arm past shoulder height and was in a real mess. Julia has really sorted me out. I've had a number of sessions, I've also had acupuncture which I never thought of before (really effective). She knows her stuff and I will certainly be returning for top ups in the future.
