        I am very pleased for those who have had a positive experience of Rotunda Roundhouses Ltd and are happily living with a Rotunda Roundhouse that meets Regulations and is structurally sound. However, there is at least one Rotunda Roundhouse structure that fails to meet Building Regulations. There are structural problems, damp resistance failures, damaged roof membrane, membrane not present in all window corners, incorrect wall insulation, gaps between panels throughout the building, excessive use of foam and sealing tape, wrong sized cills to name but a few failings identified by the Building Inspectorate at the pre-plaster inspection and verified by an independent Survey. Rotunda Roundhouses left site in September 2021. The build remains unfinished in January 2023 so I caution you to be wary of Rotunda Roundhouses Ltd.

        I bought one, everyone loved it and so bought one for my garden for my own use. They are so magical and I loved them so much I have ordered more for a retreat centre. We then had so much fun designing the roundhouses together, they are so professional and inspirational that I then bought some shares in the company!! Couldnt speak for highly of them!
