I had a nanokeratin hair smoothing treatment by Kerry. I was told it would smooth my curls. 200 later my curls were not smoothed. Hairdresser said it was just the cuticle that gets smooth when I complained but I was told it was curl smoothing at first then told something different after. Very dissapointed. I went in so she could have another look which resulted in nothing and asked her to do a colour whilst I was there - big mistake. At first the colour was lovely but turned my hair black the next day when it was meant to be purple/burgundy. When I let her know she said the purple had no black in it so it couldn't be black. I even sent her a picture to show her. No resolution from this situation and a lot of money down the drain. Shouldn't have gone to her twice.
