        This takeaway fails the spam fritters test. If you advertise spam fritters then please actually use spam, hint spam is square not round. Decently thick but very greasy. 3/10 for the unknown meat fritters. Chips not bad and okay portion size but very expensive for a chippy. Was hoping this one would be better, its perfectly positioned as you leave the peaks. The search for the perfect spam fritter continues....

        The fish was really fresh and not greasy. The waitress was friendly and the restaurant was light and airy with a good few regulars. We will go back. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at the front

        Pensioners lunch on Wednesday. We had a table saved. Took us half an hour to get there but so worth it. Wonderful food and Kerry is so lovely serving you. Nothing too much trouble. Clean bright place to sit. The Haddock was gorgeous, chips brilliant and real mushy peas. Homemade crumble amazing. Thank you all for making our special trip out. Will see you again soon. Lynda.
