Simon I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the considered and efficient way in which you completed our extension recently. The finished result is fantastic and the additional space has made the process of ripping the back off the house well worth-while. Despite having to battle the wet winter weather and work around the changes the structural engineer made (and of course the additional requests from us!) you maintained excellent control of the project and helped us to achieve a fantastic result for our property renovation. There was clarity in what had and had not been included within the build and at all times I felt that we were getting value for money. I would have no hesitation in getting S.P.Lee Builders to undertake further works for us and would recommend him to anyone who has a serious building project in mind. Matt Nichol

SP Lee builders proved to be excellent builders and true to his word. Simon kept me informed and up to date throughout the work, there were no hidden extras. He is a conscientious hard worker making sure the job is done correctly first time, this ensures no future problems, if ever there were I felt reasured that he would do his best to rectify them without fuss. He listended to what I wanted and made a number of suggestions, often things I would not have thought of, he is obviously very experienced and capable. He is not the cheapest builder, but if you want the job doing properly first time and at a fair price then look no further. I would not go anywhere else.

Over a two week period SP Lee builders removed my existing bathroom suit, bathroom tiles and airing cupboard, even though it was a messy job, the amount of disruption was kept to a minimum as we were living in the house at the time. We were very pleased with is thought and concideration he shown toward us. He then fitted the new bathroom suit to an extreemly high standard. We would and have recommend SP Lee builders to our familys and friends. Is work and finish is OUTSTANDING.
