Springfield Surgery

I believe this practice has spiralled downwards dramatically over the years I have been here. There is a HUGE corresponding issue from this practice not keeping up to date and dealing with any emails. Especially when it comes to my medication for my mental health condition, I have been left without medication that many times I have lost count. It is BEYOND a joke! Constantly on the phone to the hospital chemist and the practice having to maintain my own health. Extremely dissatisfied with diagnosis these days I just feel they are not giving the full care necessary. And most certainly will be moving gp now I have had up to my tether. Not only that I was discriminated by the main practitioner, for taking my child in with bump to her head. I was so worried about her was told they were getting social services involved... for caring for my child and doing the right thing! HOW BAD IS THAT! Absolutely shocking care

The service I received from Springfield surgery was excellent, from handing in a sample to the doctor phoning me with the results to receiving antibiotics took less than 5 hours.
