Excellent service throughout the process. Catherine was very polite and responsive. The fitting team did an excellent job installing the soundproofing. We're very happy with the quality of the work and the job was carried out with minimal disruption and the rooms were left very clean afterwards. Really professional company with the breakdown of options and quotes of each option. Catherine was very responsive to any queries I had before installation and was impressed with her service. The installation team didnt waste any time getting started and was very polite. They put covers down to protect your carpet and clean up after themselves not leaving any of their waste behind. Did a great job skimming the walls too. Would recommend getting the flooring filled in to. Noticed a difference on day one with the sound proofing so would recommend to anyone to use this company. I have used this company for multiple party walls in my home as I quite quickly found out that the walls were transferring more noise than you would expect from a 1950s semi. However, I have noticed a big improvement since we have had the works completed and I am happy with the results so far. Catherine and the team are great and I would recommend this company to others. If you're thinking about soundproofing, please do it. From day one, this company is professional. Catherine was always on point and responsive, helping me make a good choice for my situation and answering all my inane questions. You can tell she is a very busy lady, but she always has time for customers. The crew of guys who did the installation are friendly, informative, and VERY good at what they do. They can work around anything you throw at them. Cables, wires, Internet, awkward spaces, etc. Their skills are impressive to say the least. It took only a few hours to have the alcoves in my living room completed. The finished walls are smooth, all molding back in place, and very clean. They even helped to put a guitar hanger back for me. Above and beyond expectation. As for the soundproofing itself, so far so good. My neighbours sounded like they were IN our house, pounding, yelling, etc. Now? Practically nothing! I can hear foot falls occasionally, but they sound miles away! No voices at all! It's heaven. Maybe now I can finally relax in my own home. Big thanks to Cheshire Soundproofing. You saved my mental health.
