    I have done pregnancy yoga , post pregnancy yoga and normal yoga with Kate over the last 7 years and she has been amazing at teaching all these different levels. Her classes are very relaxed but somehow I end up having that satisfying muscle ache that usually comes after a good workout session. I fully recommend Kate for both complete yoga beginners as well as experienced yogis. Kate adapts her class and ensures everyone is challenged and enjoys the class whatever their fitness level.

    Ive started yoga with Kate during pregnancy and loved it, continuing postpartum and beyond. I feel Kate helped me discover what yoga really is! More than some exercises and stretches she guides us to look into ourselves every session to understand what each of us truly needs. Her in-depth knowledge, patience and compassion creates unique personal experience for every participant! Having done yoga on and off for many years before, this one I feel is a an essential part of my wellbeing that Im sticking to despite family and work time demands!

Kates clear instructions makes the classes easy to follow and fun for all abilities. If youve never tried yoga before or your a yoga pro, youll enjoy Kates yoga. Its a highlight of my week!

    Kate provides a comfortable space to practice according to your own pace and energy level. Having returned to yoga after over a year of no practice, it has felt really open, encouraging and warm, helping to rebuild both mental and physical strength. Having the option of zoom is also really great for people who spend their days wearing many hats and only have time for themselves once the little ones are in bed. I really recommend Kates classes.

    Kate has built a lovely community via her yoga classes, meaning that coming to a class is restorative for the human connection as well as the physical workout. Kate has a great style that realises mental and physical benefits including strength and relaxation. She brings intelligence, care and anatomical interest to the planning of her classes, theming each session around a different area of the body or aspect of life, meaning you will practice in the right way for your body - be that post natally or accounting for any previous injuries etc. The classes run at a convenient time and location, meaning it's possible to attend without that feeling of a mad dash at the end of a busy day at work or with the children. I highly recommend Kate's classes to anyone considering joining.
