        Told 10 mins for a taxi.. 40 mins later I called from a different number as they use clever tech to give an update on arrival told 5 mins 10 mins later actual driver calls with 20 mins eta! EVO youre a joke!! Please get your act together

        Used in connection with Stanhill Court House holiday parking but EVO proved unreliable as they couldn't be contacted as we sat in positions 3 then 2 then 3 and then 2 etc. in their phone que but was never answered so leaving us stuck at Gatwick, until a stroke of luck offered us a way from Gatwick back to Stanhill Court. We will not use again.
