Having been to Pascals previously and had a dreadful meal about 12 months ago I decided to give it another go for dinner. Unfortunately it failed to change my mind and prove that it was a one off bad experience. Once seated we asked our waitress what one of the specials on the board was, the seafood panache, to which she didnt know and thought it was a fish pie..it wasnt! The food was bland and unseasoned (we had the mussels and king prawns to start and then had the sea bream and sea bass for main) which was then poorly presented with the so called salad looking sad and a bit brown at the edges. We were offered no bread with the mussels and so a lot of the broth was left in the bowl. We ordered the Malbec which was already opened before it was brought to the table which I have never experienced before anywhere else and did leave me wondering what we were actually drinking!! Once eating we were then serenaded by the holiday camp entertainment..which was ok but not quite right for an evening meal IMHO. However, the positives - the manager was polite and courteous when we entered the restaurant and they were efficient when taking our money for the bill. Its a real shame that this restaurant hasnt quite hit the markit could be an absolute little cracker with just a few small tweaks Ill maybe try again in another 12 months.

Absolutely fabulous experience. They fitted in five of us without a booking and were very child friendly. Between us we had the rib eye steak, king prawns and cod and chips. All were amazing! Thank you Pascals for a lovely evening :)
