        Trying to get through to appointment bookings is like trying to get an appointment with the King. They are always too busy to answer and ask you to leave a message. Another department I tried to call, enquires, told me there was was nobody available to take my call. NOBODY AVAILABLE !!! in a hospital? What a shambles! Bet you don't publish this

        From the moment I entered the hospital I was made to feel comfortable . The staff were very kind and helpful and the nicest people you could wish to meet.

        I cannot fault the treatment I received. However the lack of cycle parking, signage and knowledge from the reception staff (who were very friendly but had no idea where to put a bike) is pretty poor for such a large facility. Ended up having to lock my bike to a fence in the utility area and almost missed my appointment!

        Iv been to this hospital many times, for surgery in my foot and shoulders. The surgeon s and staff are brilliant. Iv got lots more operations next couple of years anybody else at the hospital .
