This is a super pharmacist which offers great advice, nothing is too much for them to help with. Cant recommend highly enough

Ive just visited Selbys and seen the pharmacist for a small skin issue. The pharmacist was great thorough, helpful and reassuring. This pharmacy sometimes gets some bad reviews but personally every time I visit it is excellent experience.

I just popped in to see if they had some antibiotics. They didnt, which is fine but it was the abrupt, disinterested method of communication from the woman at the counter who was on her phone texting while speaking to me, which I objected to. Ill use Abbotts until she is given a back office job.

My GP who made a referral for me to see a dermatologist while waiting for the appointment my GP suggested I use a liquid/foam treatment to the affected area which I could buy over the counter at the chemist....when contacting Shelby Pharmacy asking if they had the treatment in stock the lady who answered the phone ..said no I dont think we have it....I suggested she asked the chemist on duty which she did I understand he said no not in stock..so I asked if it could be ordered in ..again the lady on end of phone showed no interest and said no I dont think we could.. she seem to ask a person I believe he might have been the chemist who said ....no....giving no reason why not ..I was left with a feeling that the chemist had absolutely no interest what so ever in my problem and certainly no interest what so ever to offer me help or advise in any shape or form.

Amazing Pharmacy, I have been Diabetic for 18 years and they have always helped out were possible when there has been issues with my prescription. Couldnt rate high enough.
