So friendly and helpful especially Sue nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Even when they are really busy they still will take the time to help you. Doctors hadnt sent a prescription over a few weeks ago for my daughter and it was a Friday, they kept an eye out for me called giving me updates throughout the day so I could chase the doctors and then called once they had received it. Collected another prescription today which I would have had to make up myself but they offered to do it for me.

They are polite and friendly, but they seem really disorganised, of which let's them down. It takes them a good 5 to 10 minutes each time to answer the phone each time too. I had a prescription sent to them digitally by my GP. I called them 2 working days later to check they had it and if it was ready for collection. They told me it was, I dropped by a further 4 working days later to collect it and I had to wait around for 15 to 20 minutes while they picked and labelled it. I'd assumed that it would be bagged up and ready to collect. So not overly efficient. Another thing to consider is that it's a very busy area with a Tesco Express next door. So parking at times can be difficult.
