Highly recommend! The entire process from booking, consultation, treatment and review has been very professional. Leigh, the sports massage therapist I saw, has a very personable approach and is a tremendously capable therapist, not only addressing problem areas I knew about but identifying other areas and provided some homework with things to work on to help. Its clear from his own background that he is passionate about sport and physical activity and understands and empathises with training goals and how the massage therapy fits in. Ive now booked several follow up sessions (again, very efficient booking process) with Leigh and he gave good advice on a timeline to fit in training and treatment. Adam Fiske is a professional, friendly and gifted osteopath. Initially recommended to me by a friend, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone needing osteopathy. Having had chronic hip pain for many months, he has performed miracles in helping me to regain pain free movement. He listens, performs gentle but effective treatment and is helpful in suggesting exercises for you manage the issue yourself. Without Adam's help, I suspect I would have resorted to the world of x-rays, scans, injections and even a hip replacement - I can't thank him enough.
