        My huge thanks to Rachel East and Amanda Bridle at the wonderful Haywards Heath branch who sorted out my 86 year old mum with new NHS hearing aids. The whole referral process was seamless following advice from Rachel and the actual hearing test itself and issuing of the hearing aids themselves left mum being able to hear properly for the first time in a long time. What a lovely caring store with all the COVID Porto old in place. Many thanks - we are hugely grateful.
