      • Novastates Ltd.

        Dreadful company, avoid at all costs. They have zero expertise, will leave you high and dry and with a plethora of problems. I'm reporting them to the ombudsman and Trading Standards as their service has been so egregious and I recommend that anyone else who has issues with them, does the same.

        Horrible broker to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Never come across such corrupted people in my life. Use Bionic, they are such better people to deal with. Smarter business needs closing down!!

        Awful company almost 2 weeks later i'm still waiting to get a switch after i signed the contract and no one is resolving this. Smarter Business Ha you'd be smarter to stay away

        Total rip off. Friendly and answering up to the point of signing the contract then they don't give a ..... to answer your phone. Promised for change of meter after the signing the contract but I am chasing up for 6 months now and they keep passing the buckets and don't bother to help. Keep asking me yo wait for their call back and absolutely nothing! Disgusting customer service.....and I am angry of trusting these untrustworthy people.
