Absolute shambles of an agency. Person I spoke to first said someone would call me back and they never did. Called again the next day and spoke to the brunch manager who assured me someone would enter in contact with me that day. Didnt happen. Received an email late afternoon the following day asking more questions which I answer promptly. Received an email back saying I would received my valuation the following day but once again I did not hear anything from them. Called agency today just to be told the person dealing with it was now on annual leave and and I would have to wait another week for the valuation. Never seem a estate agency act in such contempt. I do not recommend.
