Parents BEWARE! Send your children at your own risk! My son attended up until Ofsted closed them for 6 weeks earlier in the year for non compliance. There were some seriously scary things going on! Just to name a few staff were changing nappies and working alone with children despite the fact they hadnt been police checked! Major red flag! Children were let down massively. I urge any parent looking to send their children here to take the time to read through ALL Ofsted reports and see exactly where they were failing! Currently they have been allowed to reopen because they are meeting all requirements again, very easy to do when you only have a handful of children attending! If you look through all the Ofsted reports you will see there is a pattern and although they are currently meeting all requirements, given the history I doubt it will last long! My one year old son has a dairy allergy and had been hospitalised with it before, the manger was aware of this as it was on his nursery forms. He was given dairy every day he attended for a whole month! I was liaising with the manager consistently throughout that period. She kept telling me it wasnt possible and she personally sat with them at all meal times. She fobbed me off every time until eventually I kicked up a huge fuss and suddenly all his symptoms stopped! It then transpired through tapestry and staff that he had been fed croissants, hot cross buns and soup with cream on a daily basis! So the manger had spent a month lying to my face! She had not even looked in to what I was saying whilst constantly fobbing me off. Had she have taken 5 minutes and actually looked at what he was being fed, she would have seen and saved him a month of pain and discomfort! It takes a special sort of person to behave that way and ultimately not something someone who cared for and put childrens well-being first would do! I had offered to bring dairy free items in for my son so he wasnt excluded and was told they would buy them. Only to then be contacted by staff as they felt sorry for my son, the manager bought chocolate cake for everyone at Xmas except my son, he was one years old and given a banana, whilst sitting watching all the other children eat chocolate cake. He was asking for some and wouldnt have understood why he was being left out. Funny how she was happy for him to have all this dairy then the moment I complained she excluded him in such an awful way. This woman doesnt care about the children, to her it is a business and ultimately all she cares about is making money. I wish someone had warned me about this place. Check out Ofsted reports and go on Haywards Heath community group on a Facebook type in treetops and read all the testimonials from previous staff members! This is not a place you want to send your children!

Dodgy looking lodge placed behind a parking lot. No information on their website. Had me waiting outside in the cold for 30 mins when I was there for the time they had told me to be there. I wasn't even allowed inside. Was told they were '5 minutes late'. I wasn't even acknowledged. I took time off work for this... Talk about wasting someone's time.

My son has attended Treetops for almost 3 years. He has transformed from a very clingy baby to a very independent preschooler in no time. Winnie, Jasmine and Abi are an amazing team. Approachable, friendly and understanding. They all go beyond what would be expected from a nursery. My child is a fussy water but he always had seconds as Winnie s cooking is amazing! Cannot praise them enough!

My son has just left Treetops for primary school after being there since he was 2 years old. The staff & Winnie have all been fantastic from start to finish. It really is a home from home with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and my son loved the home cooked lunches & snacks. I am so happy I chose Treetops & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, fun & happy nursery!

In short words, this is an amazing place! My son started in September 2018, full time and he absolutely loved it from day 1. We never had any problems and I cant praise the staff enough. They are doing wonders. The nursery is set in a quite and open space, safe, away from main roads, right next to a park, so our children can enjoy spending time outdoor and explore. Theres many activities throughout the day and somehow the staff manages to keep everyone involved in something all the time, so no child is getting bored, which for me is a miracle. Staff members are caring and friendly, always displaying a smile on their faces and theyre always offering me support or advice when I need. Ive never felt rushed, no matter how many questions I had. My son is now starting school and I am so sad to leave this nursery, but I highly recommend this place to everyone. Words are not enough for me to explain how I feel about this nursery and their staff.
