        The woman who I spoke to on the phone was very blunt and unhelpful. I was trying to find a property to rent which allows pets and she wasnt interested in helping or taking my details in case anything came up in the future will definitely be steering clear of this agency now.

        The employees at the letting people are always friendly, approachable and willing to help. I started renting with them 4 months ago and as a first time renter they made the moving/ renting process really easy and straight forward. Lucy who was our advisor when moving was really friendly and kept me up to date with everything that was going on which was really reassuring. They are outstanding with their communication. I would highly recommend renting with them.
