        As a non trade customer, we received excellent customer service from Aimee with sound advice on product choices and recommendations citing advantages and potential disadvantages - invaluable to us as the tiler only provided limited feedback. If we decide to fully renovate our second bathroom we will return as the final invoice was price competitive and enabled us to stay within budget.

        As a non trade customer it really depends on who you are as to what type of service you receive. Not exactly welcoming and really expensive if you don't have a trade account. 17.50 for three items that were 4.88 at screwfix. Its an option if you haven't got the time to shop around but expect to pay through the nose.
