We bought a PE kit, came to School time, and found it was the wrong size. It was unworn, with labels, and in original packaging. Because we were over 30 days, and outside their return window, they couldnt care less. The staff were borderline rude about it. Would it really have hurt them to exchange it for the bigger size - it was still perfectly saleable, and the uniform design hasnt changed and wont be changing. Just come across as greedy and unhelpful. Contacted their customer services department, and they were just as uncaring. So there you have it Sussex Uniforms, youve lost a customer and gained a bad review, for a tiny act of goodwill that you just couldnt bring yourselves to accommodate.
