Best recruitment company I have used in 16 years! I have used recruitment companies for the last 16 years to fill various roles at The Whiteley Clinic in Guildford, London and Bristol. Most just send lots of CVs for you to sort out yourself. Some end up OK, some are poor. Uniformly the fees from other companies I have used are very high - especially compared to the service given. Marc Burman and Target Source Recruitment are totally different!! we were only sent CVs of candidates that were absolutely right for the job. The fees charged were totally appropriate for the service given. We now use Target Source as our first line for all recruitment. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Target Source provide a high quality service. I was very impressed with the professional targeted approach along with taking the time to understand our requirements. having used many recruiters I feel Target Source are the first company I have come across that really understand recruitment from the employers point of view. Cant recommend them enough!
