Main carpark is normally full. Which for a busy hospital with A&E is understandable. Some of the footpaths are poorly maintained and marked. Which could result in you attending A&E when you didn't intend to. The biggest issue, apart from lack of parking are the ticket machines. When you do find a space you then have to find a ticket machine that works. My last visit three of the machines on route to the main entrance were out of order. So I photographed them..Just in case? Annoying if you are able bodied and not in a hurry for an appointment or attending to visit a friend relative. But a nightmare if you are less mobile, or attending the hospital for a more urgent matter and thoughts are elsewhere. To be honest I feel its pointless having a ticket system.

Been visiting a relative and been unable to pay and worried about receiving a fine. Finally found a machine that started to work but it wouldn't take cards.
