I have been training with Mark at white crane academy for 5 years and I have found the club to be very friendly and welcoming. Mark Stevenson has an incredible technical knowledge of martial arts and is also a great fitness coach. My family also train with white crane academy, from my children to my mum who is training in Tai Chi. Come along to any of the lessons you won't be disappointed!

The Kung Fu classes with White Crane Academy on weekend mornings have proven to be just what my family and I were looking for to get fit and more! The relaxed, friendly atmosphere in class is perfect to just let go and have fun, with highly-skilled instructors that guide and push you to the best you can be. I will thoroughly recommend!

I have been practising tai chi and kung fu with White Crane Academy for over 9 years. The club offers a friendly, inclusive and fun environment to learn these martial arts. There are a lot of classes to choose from across Mid and West Sussex as well as regular workshops and masterclasses that allow you to dig a little deeper into the style or learn things that don't often get taught in class. The benefits I have gained over the 9 years range from improved mobility, and greater strength to self confidence and a more mindful approach to life in general. I have, of course, also learned a rare Chinese martial art that offers endless opportunities to learn and improve. If you want to try tai chi, kung fu or kickboxing I highly recommend you choose White Crane Academdy.
