I have been a BlueSky customer for many years, They started off well, but then as time went on things just got worse and worse. Within the last 2 years, we have probably had around 5 account managers, so they have a very high turnover of staff. Simple website changes which should take 24 hours, now take around a week. But the reason we left is they thought an acceptable time frame to create a page was over 5 months, and then when the preview of the page came through, it looked like it had taken 2 mins to prepare and looked nothing like what I had asked for. They charge a monthly fee for their website, but to this day I don't really know what the charges are for, as most things you want done, there is an additional charge for. In my opinion, this company started off well a few years back but over time it has lost its way and just got worse and worse, no money seems to be re-invested into the system and I would say they don't really care about their customers. There are far better automotive website companies out there with much better software which is clearly invested in.
