Robert Sanders - Therapist and Coach

I have used a few coaches and counsellors over the years, many just listened and wanted me to explore my own thoughts and feelings, but they didn't give me much back in terms of actionable tactics. While I understand this approach and see the benefits I felt that I needed someone who wasn't afraid to challenge my thinking and give me direction where appropriate. Robert was exactly this, he got to the root of the challenges I faced and worked with me in a gentle but proactive manner to get me to where I wanted to be. I would highly recommed Robert if you need help improving any area of your life where you feel like you aren't reaching your full potential.

I have worked with Robert for quite a while now. He is gentle, understanding and intuitive in his approach, yet he asks good questions in order to get to the heart of the problem. He then suggests ways to tackle what is bothering you, and also how to have a different perspective. He is supportive during the process too. I would recommend Robert to anyone who needs help.

I went to see Robert at a time in my life where friends had suggested that I would benefit enormously from seeking help from a life coach. I was depressed, I had no self belief and I couldnt see a way forward. I described myself as being stuck. Robert found a way to change all of that using skills he has developed over many years. Over time he gave me the tools to help me understand how to think differently, how to see things in a more productive and positive way and, most importantly, how to move forward. Roberts methods are non invasive, thought provoking and very effective. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a bit of help in helping themselves.
