I messaged several firms at the same time with my initial question and The Jonathan Lea Network were not only the first to reply but gave me the most comprehensive response and then followed up with a detailed, precise and informative introductory meeting (which had near enough useful information in it to be worth paying for in and of itself). The work itself was then undertaken by a woman named Sarah Lungley who managed to both explain things to me in layman's terms without making me feel silly and also perform the work to the highest standard. Her response time to all calls and emails was immediate and she would often take the initiative to update us and pursue leads (with many of her messages arriving outside of traditional working hours one of the many indications of her work ethic and efficiency). They achieved a successful result in the shortest possible time frame and I could not be happier with how the engagement took place. It was a pleasure and made an otherwise stressful situation enjoyable. Thank you for your work.

Extremely unprofessional, solicitors do not know how to communicate, no work ethics, no manners, are unaware of laws and rights, try using humiliation as a method to get their way, extremely unprofessional and rude. Be careful who you instruct
