        Used Waugh and co to sell my house and purchase a shared ownership house. I highly recommended them. They are very knowledgable and kept me informed frequently as I progressed towards exchange and completion. This was my second using them for moving home and would not hesitate to use them again .

        We used Coral Nottage (supported by Kay) from Waugh & Co for our recent house purchase. This was far from a straightforward purchase, coupled with the fact that the seller's solicitors were slow, unresponsive and completely disorganised. However, Coral and Kay provided incredible support throughout and we felt completely at ease knowing they had everything in hand. Coral provided clear updates throughout and was extremely diligent, always pushing to get the answers from the other side and ensuring we were fully protected. Their advice was invaluable and worth every penny. Thank you so much for getting us there, we will definitely be using you again!
