Cullen Scholefield has been a pleasure to work with. One year ago, I began level 7 advanced diploma strategic learning and development. Maureen, my learning advisor, is a kind and charming lady who is respectful, knowledgeable, and a deep thinker, she has taught me a lot. She is always eager to share her knowledge and offer assistance. I'd also like to thank Chloe and Robert for their usual help and quick response. Cullen Scholefield was a lucky pick for me.

My experience with Cullen Scholefield was brilliant from start to finish, without the support and guidance from Carol I dont think I would of be able to complete the course. Right from the beginning the interaction and was pleasant, informative, and personable. Carol always managed to fit me into her busy schedule and never made me feel that my questions or myself were a nuisance, I am very thankful and grateful for all the help I received in helping me gain a new career in HR. I highly recommend working with Cullen Scholefield, their support and customer service is second to none.

I have recently completed the Level 7 Diploma in HR Management with Cullen Scholefield and the service and general good nature was absolutely superb. Carol, Maureen and the team at Cullen Scholefield couldn't have been more helpful, supportive and patient. They gave me all the tools I needed to complete the Diploma through the insight and guidance they provided, their workshops and the regular 1-2-1s. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to develop and take the next step in their HR career. Thanks again to Carol and all the team at Cullen Scholefield.

I'm Charlotte and I have recently started my CIPD L7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management (SPM) with Cullen Scholefield. My first essential when choosing a provider was that I needed to learn remotely. I live in the Lake District and having started my research into who, with what seemed like millions of random learning centres, it all felt very cold and impersonal. Cullen Scholefield have been teaching remotely since 2010 and been a CIPD centre since 1987. Their networks and support for remote learning are impeccable. Following my first contact, Cullen Scholefields Customer Liaison Executive called me incredibly quickly. Chloe Williams is extremely personable and arranged a time for me to talk to Maureen Scholefield, the Managing Director. The speed, efficiency and warmth of these initial conversations set the tone very well, but what finally clinched it for me was their very realistic approach. I could tell immediately that I was setting myself up for a lot of hard work, but I could also tell immediately therell be a lot of laughs along the way. I was invited to join a Circle of Peers event in which people professionals share their experiences and discuss burning topics of the day. It was so brilliantly supportive, inclusive and fun, but whats more entirely reinforced my decision to study for the qualification. Not only did I feel the strength it would bring in allowing me to grow and contribute to my current role, but also to drive my career forward. Following this I was given the academic induction. I was provided with lots of links and access to reading resources, along with a summary email which covered everything we had discussed and our tasks for the next meeting. The whole process is really a collaboration of professionals and this gives such support and security when youre starting out in studying for a qualification. Im now on Google drive, the Slack messaging system and have made contact with other members of the Cullen Scholefield team who are all available to aid my studies in various ways. I will shortly receive a support package containing course documents and we have another group meeting where we will share our statements and CPD work. This will be followed by another session to learn more about navigating Google drive and CPD templates. Regular meetings will be scheduled with my mentor - in my case Maureen herself - to check in on my work and give me any feedback I may need. One final note that was of real importance to me: My work place is a happy, buzzy place. People can feel it when they come for a meeting, call or email, and frequently comment about it. This is exactly the same with everyone I have dealt with at Cullen Scholefield. They are happy in their work; you can read it in their emails and hear it down the phone. It matters to me that Cullen Scholefield are practicing what they preach: values-driven practice and managing people in a way that works. They know what they are doing and that's who I want to learn more from! #CIPD #cpd #hr

I have completed two qualifications with Cullen Scholefield (CIPD 5 and 7). There is something different about this boutique agency that I have never seen anywhere else. They give you the extra bespoke support you need and guide you through the curriculum. They make the learner experience a journey because they are human-sized, knowledgeable and kind in their approach. I had the chance to meet inspiring people through their network, which helped me build meaningful relationships with passionate HR professionals. In addition, they have been immensely supportive, thanks to the bite-sized learning material and the quality of info and resources they provide to each learner's specific needs. In short, they do what they preach and, in my view, are a reference for the people's profession.
