Needed a prompt resolution during a property sale where Building Regs had not been adhered to. Mike responded quickly and positively following the study of a structural report. After deliberation he found a solution for installing a concrete lintel to support a steel without interrupting / damaging a newly fitted kitchen. Amazing to watch his creativity and the job was completed within 48 hrs. Dismantled, installed, signed-off, repaired, plastered with no visible damage. He has a respected standing with local Building Control and is technically very sound, neat and has a very good eye for detail and finish. Sale went through and I cannot recommend Mike highly enough.

Mike was very thorough from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of all his work was brilliant. Our project involved stripping out old heating, plumbing and electrics, knocking down an internal wall, raising one floor, fitting out two new bathrooms, overseeing the new heating, plumbing and electrics, replastering as needed, refining all floorboards, building cupboards and much more.
