I have been going to Theo Browns now for about 13 years, and its always a lovely relaxing experience, and a friendly salon. Whenever I go its like a catch up with old friends. Emma has been cutting and colouring my hair since day one, she knows my hair and what will work and what wont. If Emma is busy i have always been happy for someone else to cut or colour my hair. I have never been disappointed. The best experience was when I got my hair done for my Wedding Day, by Mandy, I was so happy with how my hair looked, she knew exactly what I wanted. I have been a client of Emma at Theo Browns for 5 years; the standard of the hair cuts and styles I have had whilst she has been managing my hair with me is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable, personable and takes time to get to know what works and what doesn't, and what I like too. Her team are all of an equally high standard, both the receptionist and other team members. I can't recommend her and the whole team highly enough.

Small, very quiet salon in Haywards Heath. I booked in with the salon director. After I was shampooed , waited 10-15 minutes before hair-stylist came out of the staff room. Nice coffee and biscoff biscuits ! Hair was ok, nothing special but ok. Was left with hair slightly damp after blow-dried. Not quite the 5 star experience expected , perhaps was having an off day??
