        Disappointed by the customer service. Been here couple of times. But the last time, I booked for occasional hair and then at the shop I was told that the hairdresser couldnt do the style I wanted which was quite basic half updo. She said she could only do blow dry style with her skill. (Blow dry was supposed to be less price service.) At the end they made me book with senior hairdresser for 30min later and charged me more. Plus did not finish by the time I asked them to do, whereas there was enough time to finish. I dont understand why they assigned her if she was not skilled to do the service, yet still charge full price.

        Had a haircut with a new fringe/ restyling. I also had a lot of split ends and damage. I felt really listened to and came out with well treated hair and the exact cut I had hoped for. Also, side note, the decor is beautiful in there! Services: Hairstyling, Bang trim, Blowdry
